SPOTTED EAGLE RAY - I have been extremely lucky to have seen and have swum with these beautiful angels of the sea a couple of times over the years. I have seen them both in Lady Elliot and when snorkelling at Julienne Rocks in Byron. Their markings are incredible, each with their very own pattern of spots decorating their beautiful bodies and wings. They are incredibly elegant and graceful in the water.
